For over 20 years, as a creative youth and community development specialist, who has been in the forefront of innovative - developmental strategies that have the capacity to engage youth, teens, young adults, adults and seniors whom are either at risk, undeserved and/or otherwise misrepresented in a number of soci-entrepreneurial capacities, where I have been diligent in efforts to re-dedicate and re-energize ourselves toward continuing the trend of implementing creative and innovative insights to deliver high impact programs, events and projects that are immersed in the Arts, Technology, Education and Social Entrepreneurship respectively.
In order to have an even deeper impact on our community’s youth, we are requesting to stage our Innovative Curriculum and Developmental Projects within TNI’s Focus area(s) located in Glassmanor-Oxon Hill MD. As a community-based group of artist, designers and entrepreneurs, we are uniquely positioned to proactively affect the lives of youth we service within a highly organized setting, offering hands on training in a variety of industry-specific curricula. Just as we seek to assist TNI in transforming lives of youth and communities, helping our targeted demographic become healthier, more responsible, caring, productive citizens, we have the creative staff, tools necessary to ensure County Executive Baker’s and Team Glassmanor’s Vision; to transform the quality of life for the residents and stakeholders in and around the focus area(s), providing service levels of excellence that adhere to high standards and address the collective needs of the communities within the focus area(s). Today, more young people are succumbing to a culture of violence and crime, and are also becoming more at-risk of repeat offending in a number of nonproductive attitudes and behaviors. Our contribution here is to execute a series of enrichment programs, events and activities designed to provide exceptional services.
Crime Prevention Strategies that are immersed in Delinquent Behavior Reversal, Repair and/or Modification that are aligned with Team Glassmanor – Oxon Hill Community, Prince George’s County Government, (DCAO), Department of Family Services, supporters and other key stakeholders, as well as County Executive Baker’s Principles; in or around Glassmanor-Oxon Hill, MD focus area. Concentration areas for programming within our discovery are based on detailed research with the capacity to develop a more personalized need to the community. Based on the criteria set by (DCAO) and Team Glassmanor to deliver measurable data needed to show improvements - consistent with the overall outcome of TNI.
The overall mission of TEAM TNI Glassmanor/Oxon Hill is to transform the quality of life for the residents and stakeholders in and around the focus area, by providing service levels of excellence that adhere to high standards and address the collective needs of the communities within the focus area.
Our synergy of programming, projects and events consists of Creative & Performing Arts, Communications/Public Relations, Graphic Art, Illustration, Social Media, Internet Marketing, advertisement & promotions, Entrepreneurship/Small Business Development, Philanthropy, and more, all toward addressing the immediate needs of the Glassmanor-Oxon Hill community.
