Garrett Bischoff, son of TNA's Eric Bischoff, is set to receive a big push from TNA. According to a Friday October 28th report by The Wrestling Observer, TNA likes Garrett's look and believes he can be a highly successful baby face in the company. Garrett has been receiving a push over the last few weeks ever since he stood up to his father at the Bound For Glory PPV during the Hulk Hogan vs. Sting match.
Last night on TNA Impact Wrestling, Eric Bischoff and Ric Flair attacked Garrett Bischoff as he was disowned by his father. This angle is to set up a feud between Garrett and Hulk Hogan vs. Ric Flair and Eric Bischoff according to reports earlier this week.
Despite the time Garrett has put within the company, there are still those who believe that he wouldn't have this position if it weren't for his father. To those critics, I say get over it. This business has always been about who you know and/or who your father is. I'm sure half of Garrett's critics wouldn't have their spots in TNA if it weren't for someone that they know.
