Tonight was the eighth annual Against All Odds pay per view, presented by TNA Wrestling. Like most TNA pay per views, this event was held in the Impact Zone inside Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Here are the results.
In the opening match, Zema Ion beat Jesse Sorensen by count out in a number one contenders match for the X-Division Championship. Sorenson was legitimately knocked after Ion hit him with knees to the head during a Moonsault attempt on the outside of the ring.
Backstage Christy Hemme interviewed TNA World Champion Bobby Roode about his upcoming main event title defense.
TNA Television Champion Robbie E laid out an open challenge for his Championship, which was accepted by Shannon Moore. Robbie pinned Moore with an Implant DDT after Rob Terry interfered and punched Moore.
TNA Knockouts Champion Gail Kim pinned Tara after hitting Eat Defeat. Tara may have injured her knee during the bout.
Backstage Christy Hemme interviewed “Tennessee Cowboy” James Storm about the main event.
Samoa Joe and Magnus beat TNA World Tag Team Champions Matt Morgan and Crimson to win the Championships.
Backstage Christy Hemme interviewed Bully Ray about his chances in the main event.
TNA X-Division Champion Austin Aries retained his Championship over Alex Shelley. He made Shelley tap out to the Last Chancery.
Kazarian (accompanied by Christopher Daniels) pinned AJ Styles after hitting Fade to Black.
Gunner (accompanied by Eric Bischoff) pinned Garett Bischoff (accompanied by Hulk Hogan) after hitting with a DDT.
In the main event, TNA World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Roode defeated Jeff Hardy, Bully Ray and “Tennessee Cowboy” James Storm in a fatal four way. Sting, who was acting was special ringside enforcer was forced to get involved after the original referee was taken out. Roode taunted Sting, who had the TNA World Title belt. Sting swung at Roode, who ducked, which caused Sting to hit Hardy. Sting was then forced to count the pinfall for Roode over Hardy.
