TMZ: Tiger Woods overdose written on hospital chart. The night that Tiger Woods was taken to the hospital for the single car accident, Tiger Woods was listed as an overdose because he was breathing with difficulty, TMZ reported Tuesday.
An investigating officer who was there on November 27 when Woods was taken to the hospital has requested a subpoena to review Woods medical records. It was suspected that he had Vicodin, Ambien and alcohol in his system. According to the police report filed the morning after Thanksgiving, the accident wasn’t suspected of being alcohol related.
TMZ also reported that Tiger Woods changed his alias that night at least once, and the entire fifth floor of the hospital was in lock down. Tiger Woods wife, Elin was with him at the hospital. Tubes had to be inserted in order to help Woods breathe.
In the police interviews neighbor’s stated that he was snoring heavily while lying on the ground waiting for the emergency officials to arrive. One neighbor brought him a blanket and pillow because it was a little cool that night. Click here for more on that story.

This is really a sad perdicament for the great golfer and it is serious because of the risk of sexually transmitted disease to his wife and those women who were involved with Mr. Woods. Mr Woods needs psychological help. He has a drug and sex addiction and if he's not careful, he wiull end up like Micheal Jackson, dead too young. Tiger, get yourself together and deal with the real issues ( the death of your father). You are young and you have your life ahead of you. Get it together
