TMZ Report: Elin returned home after Tiger Woods statement Friday. After Tiger Woods gave his 13-minute apology statement Friday in Florida he went home. According to a TMZ report, Elin joined him there about forty minutes later. A few hours after the public apology statement, Tiger Woods arrived home in the midst of a four car security team who stayed to secure Woods home. About forty minutes later Elin arrived at their home to join Woods. This of course raises the question if the couple is still together.
During his statement yesterday, Woods did not answer the one question that people really wanted answered which was when would the pro golfer return to golf? He said that he hadn’t ruled out that it could be this year. But he did say that he was returning to therapy today which rules out any hope that his return to golf could be in the next few years. Immediately after Tiger Woods statement, celebrity attorney Gloria Allred had her own press conference in California about the pro golfer. Allred’s client is porn star Joslyn James. Wednesday, after three months of being in hiding the first photos of Tiger Woods emerged. He was jogging near his home in Florida with an unidentified man. To see a link to the photos, click here.
Tiger Woods has had three knee surgeries in Park City, Utah and the last one on April 15, 2008, after which he took an extended period of time off from playing golf. He was determined to play in the US Open and win...which he did on June 14, 2008, much to everyone's amazement less than two months after his knee surgery. He was in pain during the US Open, as shown in this Associated Press photo. After the US Open, Tiger Woods took additional time off to let his knee heal.
