TLC has become ripe with off the wall docu-series that don't really have much to do with learning. Their newest addition to this, reports Charlotte Observer on Feb. 25 is "Welcome to Myrtle Manor."The newest endeavor shares what life is like in the trailer park of Patrick's Mobile Home Park owned by Cecil and Becky.
There is some confusion over the show because there is a place called Myrtle Manor, and it isn't the one that will be featured in this 10 episode pilot series. That Myrtle Manor is in Texas while the one in the docu-series is in Myrtle Beach the beach town.
The show will follow 18 people and Gus, the bulldog, through crazy adventures and regular old trials that everyone goes through, just in a different way. The show will follow Becky as she tries to turn Patrick's Mobile Home Park into the five-star trailer park that she's always dreamed of while attempting to make her father, and the owner of the park, Cecil happy.
The show begins on March 3 at 10/9 Central. Will you be watching?
