'Titanic 3-D' receives new posters while Kate Winslet praises film

Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting for the re-release of Titanic in 3-D. On Tuesday, Movie Web shared a new poster and several new banners for the new release of the film. Check out all of the posters here.

Titanic is being brought to theaters this year to celebrate the one hundred year anniversary of the sinking of the ocean liner. After a bumping up of the release date, the film is now set for release a week before the anniversary. The film is credited with launching the careers of both its stars, Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. The actress spoke about seeing a piece of the new release in an interview recently, and she had nothing but praise for the new release. She said the following, according to USA Today:

“I was literally like, ‘Oh my God, make it stop! Is that me? Oh my God, that’s me. Block my ears, somebody! Somebody club out my senses. Make it (expletive) stop!’ And Leo looks so young and so skinny!”

The actress is looking forward to seeing the film for herself with her two young children. They were both born after the film's original release, and they have not yet seen the film. Fans are buzzing about this film on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:

On the bus with,#twitterlessmadisonk talking about #Titanic and how it use to be on two VHS tapes. Haha :) #memories #theonlywaytodoit

Scottsdale residents will be able to see Titanic 3-D at the Harkins Shea 14 or another local theater in the area once it is released on April 4.
