Microsoft has been hyping Titanfall as the multiplayer shooter to get and a reason to pick up an Xbox One. The console maker made that clear Monday with the announcement of a new bundle that features the next-gen console with the game for free.

"To celebrate the launch of Titanfall, we wanted to do something special," Xbox VP of Marketing, Strategy and Business Yusef Medhi wrote on Xbox Wire. "For those of you who are already fans of Xbox One, we hope this will encourage more of your friends to join you on day one for Titanfall on Xbox One. If you’ve been waiting for the biggest game of the generation before purchasing your Xbox One, this special, limited time offer is perfect for you. In partnership with Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts, we’re excited to announce the Xbox One Titanfall Bundle, available starting March 11 for $499.99 at select retailers."

The bundle includes the Xbox One standard edition console, Kinect sensor and controller plus a download code for Titanfall as well as a one-month Xbox LIVE Gold membership.

Those interested in the Xbox One Titanfall bundle can pre-order it now from Amazon and the Microsoft Store. Expect Best Buy, GameStop and other retailers to go live with the same bundle soon.
