I must say, today's media is full of bad news. It seems like everywhere you turn there is some news story that is spotlighting an event or crises that is just bad. The amount of bad news that I see on TV, in my emails, and even many of the websites that I visit every day has started me thinking Just how much bad news am I exposed to on a daily basis? It's alot, and it can just wear a poor soul down. So I began to search, and guess what I found? A website dedicated to nothing but good news. Fellow bad news addicts, I present to you--Happy News.

The website's mantra is, "Real news. Compelling stories. Always positive." They also have a "credo" that states, "We believe virtue, goodwill and heroism are hot news. That's why we bring you up-to-the-minute news, geared to lift spirits and inspire lives. Add in a diverse team of Citizen Journalists reporting positive stories from around the world, and you've got one happy place for news." You can't ask for much more than that. The site has several categories covering good news in the U.S., sports, business, health, and around the world. The site also has a pleasantly appealing look and it is super easy to navigate.

So, if you're like me, and you want to curb your exposure to bad news, I suggest you head on over to Happy News. I did, and you know what? I feel better already.
