The 1st annual Indy Health Expo will be held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on January 23 & 24. The event will offer over 200 health, fitness and beauty professionals, products, services, demonstrations and seminars. While a visit is sure to be fun and educational, it can also become physically tiring and overwhelming.
The organizers of the Indy Health Expo make the following recommendations for getting the most out of your visit:
- Plan to spend at least 2 to 3 hours at the expo. This amount of time will allow you to see the exhibits, listen to seminars, and view demonstrations without feeling rushed.
- Ask questions. Exhibitors are there to provide information relative to your personal needs.
- Obtain one of the reusable bags when you enter the expo. The bag will allow you to collect information from exhibitors for leisurely reading at home.
- Bring a calendar, as you may wish to schedule appointments with some of the professionals who will be at the expo.
- Bring a credit card or checkbook with you. Several of the exhibitors will be offering special expo-only discounts on products.
- Wear comfortable shoes.
- Bring a family member or friend to share the experience.
Thousands of dollars in prizes will be given away during the Indy Health Expo. Be sure to take a few minutes to register for the prizes when you first enter.
