Tips for a peaceful holiday season.

The holidays can be a very stressful time for some people. Here are some tips that may be useful for keeping stress at bay during the holiday season and all year long for that matter.

Positive thinking.

Positive thinking produces positive results. And even if things don't quite go your way remember perception is everything. How we perceive events will often determine the outcome. Attitude is everything. It's not what happens to us; it's our attitude toward what happens that will determine our happiness.

Prayer is talking to God; however you understand God. If things become to much to handle we can always turn it over to God. God will do for us what we cannot do for ourselves.

Meditation is listening for guidance from God. There many different methods of meditation. Focusing on your breathing and/or a single word are two of the most popular methods. Meditation can help you relax, stay calm, and stay centered.

Write it down.

Write God a letter on Christmas Eve and ask for what you want. Often when we write things down they will manifest for us in some way. And when you give it to God and let go, it often works out better then you expected.
