Tippy the squirrel is a video that has gone ultra-viral today, as this black squirrel has some sort of fainting spell disorder, which is the most bizarre thing to see. Tippy the squirrel got its name because just about every 10 seconds or so, this black squirrel tips to its side in a dead faint, but emerges as if nothing happened seconds later, according to The Independent on Dec. 3.
Tippy looks as if he may have had one too many, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. The video got very few hits on its first few days on YouTube, but someone found it and with some sharing through the social networks, Tippy the squirrel is viral today. This video has also has sparked a nationwide debate on what may be going on with Tippy.
From suggestions that the squirrel got into poison to Tippy having a muscular disease, the possibilities are thrown out there today on what's ailing Tippy. From the squirrel having a temporary disorder to Tippy suffering with a chronic disease, the theories about Tippy are vast today.
Could Tippy have a type of narcolepsy for animals or is it a brain tumor or parasite that is making Tippy fall over in a dead faint every few feet of his daily journey? Whatever Tippy is suffering from doesn’t seem to clip the squirrel's spirit at all as he is seen frolicking and acting very squirrel-like when he’s not knocked out cold on his side. The only problem with poor Tippy is that he is a sitting duck for predators when he is lying unresponsive on the ground.
