Feb. 12: Who goes there? Tracking Wildlife. Audubon Junior Nature Club, open to 5th and 6th graders. Lily Nature Center, 6-7:30 p.m. This series is a free, hands-on series of lessons, hikes, games and crafts. Contact: Ms. Zonda Bryant, 765-366-9126

Feb. 13: “Switch: A Multi-program Effort to Build Global Energy Understanding (link)”, Wednesdays in the Wild, Lily Nature Center, 7-9 p.m. The first part of the program the documentary “Switch” will be shown. After the documentary, Dr. James Ogg (link) from Purdue will have a Q & A session.

Feb. 14: Diversity in the Birding Community, Sycamore Audubon Society (link), Lily Nature Center. 7:15 p.m. Doug “Birdman” Gray will lead this program. An avid birder, Doug will speak about the large variety of not just our resident community, but also the migratory visitors.

Prophetstown State Park: Deadline for the pottery workshop is fast approaching. The workshop is 2 sessions, the first on March 9 and the second March 23. The first session includes making a clay pot with traditional tools. The subsequent session includes firing the piece. There is a modest $45 fee. Space is limited so get your application in.
