Tina Fey was definitely on point on Sept. 22 as she modeled her Emmy dress on the red carpet at Nokia Theatre, LA Live. While this frock, done in a cobalt blue and made by Narcisco Rodriguez, was heralded as one of the best of the evening in Los Angeles by sartorial pundits, the gown sadly caused a nip slip during the CBS show that was broadcast live in all time zones.
According to proof provided by a YouTube video from Sunday night, when Tina Fey was up at the podium to receive her best comedy writing Emmy with partner Tracey Wigfield, she let it all hang out -- literally and not purposefully.
Apparently, the top was loose and Fey's breast came out for public display as the funny lady was being feted.
Meanwhile, this fancy dress also was on show from the backside during a bit that Tina Fey and Amy Poehler pulled off during the Emmys 2013. Both actresses fell up the steps to the stage, with Amy taking a tumble as both allegedly lost their footing.
Earlier, the pair were seen heckling host Neil Patrick Harris while munching on popcorn and asking him to please "twerk."
And so, as hilarity ensued thanks to this pair of goofy performers, Tina Fey rocked an Emmy dress that probably didn't make her laugh when she suffered a nip slip that wasn't planned for this particular gathering in Tinseltown on Sept. 22.
