Time of Trouble
Stress is a feeling that is over taken so many today. Everywhere we look someone has lost their job, another business has shut down, andthere is hurting all around.
What is the answer? Why is the level of stress rising so high? Are we going to make it?Troui
There is no one answers to all the questions, but for a child of God there is hope.
Psalm 37:25 (KJV) 25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
David wrote in his whole life he had never seen Gods people forsaken, Remember God is still there and he cares for his people. When you feel like there is no more hope that is the time to just cry out to God. He is there and he will hear your cries. 1 Peter 5:6-7 (KJV) 6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Psalm 18:6 (KJV) 6 In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.
Isaiah 33:2 (KJV) 2 O LORD, be gracious unto us; we have waited for thee: be thou their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble.
In time of trouble the true child of God will seek God out and cry out to him because he knows deep down God is always there and will never leave his children.
Hebrews 13:5 (KJV) 5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Just remember God is there in times of trouble.
