Time Again for BC/EFA Easter Bonnet Competition

It’s the 27th Annual Easter Bonnet Competition – a two day spectacular event where participating shows sing, dance and wear the creatively fun and funny original Easter bonnets they have originated. It all takes place with two performances only at the Minskoff Theatre (200 West 45th Street, NYC), home of the Lion King, on Monday April 22nd (4:30 pm) and Tuesday April 23rd (2 pm).

Six weeks of intensive fundraising efforts by Broadway, Off-Broadway and national touring companies all come together as special guest Judges vote for the best bonnet design and presentation. This is one of Broadway Cares most endearing of its fundraisers. Last year, the Easter Bonnet Competition raised $3,677,855. And in the 26 Competitions since 1987 - - a whopping $49 million! Broadway Cares awards annual grants to more than 450 AIDS and family service organizations.

Tickets are available now at www.broadwaycares.org or 212 840-0770 x. 268. They range from $20 to $350.
