The connection between Timber Lake Playhouse (TLP) and the city of Chicago is deep. Each year, this theater in Mt. Carroll seeks out talent from all over the country. The stop in Chicago always proves fruitful.
They have announced auditions for their 2014 Resident Performing Company. They will be held in February at the ITA Professional Auditions in Chicago and the Midwest Theatre Auditions in St. Louis. Advance registration is required for both.

The open auditions in Chicago for TLP will take place Sunday, Feb. 9. All performers should prepare 16 bars of their strongest style and a monologue (one minute or less). An invited dance call will follow in the afternoon. And all are asked to bring your book in case you are asked to sing something else. More details will come later but mark the date now. ITA's Annual Non-Equity Statewide Audtions are an opportunity to audition in front a theatre full of casting representatives from throughout the state.

Directors & Choreographers - Timber Lake Playhouse generally only hires directors and choreographers from the country’s largest theatre markets.
