Tim Tebow headphones could be competing with the likes of Beats by Dre very soon! The former Denver Broncos and NY Jets quarterback has teamed up with rap star Ludacris in an attempt to launch a new line of products for audiophiles.
The Fox Sports website reported on Jan. 17 that on Thursday Tebow launched the signature line of headphones at CES 2013 in Las Vegas. Tebow's line of products includes the "Combat+," which have noise-cancelling properties. They're also perfect for sports athletes and those who will put the phones through heavy stress. Tebow also has a series of headphones named "Jet," which are suited for airplane travel. A spokesman said they may change the name though.
Tebow has aligned with rapper Ludacris' Soul Electronics company in order to bring forth these new headphones. The rapper himself recently showed off an image on Instagram of he and Tebow hanging out in Las Vegas. Luda has achieved massive success in the recording industry, in addition to dabbling in other ventures such as acting, and opening his own restaurant.
Ludacris is planning to release his eighth studio album called "Ludaversal" in 2013. His most recent single, "Rest of My Life," was released back in November of 2012 and has charted as high as #25 on the U.S. Pop Songs Billboard chart.
