Tim McGraw may sing songs about drinking and hang out with a bunch of country music fans, but that doesn't mean he has a beer in his hand along with them. On Jan. 30, People magazine was able to talk to Tim and get the details on his choice to stop drinking.
Tim realizes that with the amount he was drinking he was not being a good example for his children. Tim is married to Faith Hill and this couple is parents first and singers second. Tim said that when he quit drinking he also started working out. It shows if you look at this man and his body!
People even has pictures of Tim shirtless playing basketball in their new magazine and they say you don't want to miss them. He knows how to take care of himself and stopping drinking was one way that he did it. He also says that not drinking has improved his marriage which is always a good thing.
