Tim McGraw gives our service men and women a treat during Fleet Week

Tim McGraw has been making the rounds on television which included a stop by the “TODAY” show to perform during the Summer Concert Series on May 23, 2014. McGraw had some fun appearing on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and he also took the stage during the season finale for “The Voice” to debut his new song titled “City Lights” when Josh Kaufman from Team Usher was crowned the winner.

McGraw took the stage at the “TODAY” show plaza and performed his hits "Something Like That," "Southern Girl" and gave his fans a preview of his new music with song "Overrated" from his upcoming album Sundown Heaven Town. McGraw also made sure to make the service men and women of our country that were in town for Fleet Week feel very special.

They had a special spot during McGraw's performance making sure they had an up close and personal place to enjoy the show. McGraw also showed his appreciation for them by saying "It doesn't matter what side of the fence you fall on any issue. What matters is these guys put their butts on the line every day for us."

McGraw will be keeping himself busy on the road with his Sundown Heaven Town Tour that will be making stops in 30 cities throughout the summer and he is getting his fans ready with the “Countdown To Sundown” leading up to the release of his latest album titled Sundown Heaven Town which is set to be released on Sept.16, 2014.

A special website is ready to go for his fans to keep them updated throughout the days leading up to the release of his new album. The website says “We're counting down to the launch of Tim's new album, Sundown Heaven Town. Tim will be sharing music, stories and fun throughout summer as we count down to album release on September 16th. Everything new comes here first. Check back often - you never know what surprises you'll find!”
