Tila Tequila was shot out of a cannon Tuesday morning, but landed safe and sound on the Howard Stern Show's red velvet couch at Sirius XM studios.
The 4'11" stripper-turned-self-made celebrity was eager to open up to the Howard Stern Show audience about her sexual history ), her collection of near-death experiences and her plans to start her own celebrity gossip blog. Tila Tequila also confirmed that she had experienced a miscarriage in February.

Before Howard Stern even got a chance to pry into the reality star's sex life, Tila Tequila announced that she was now referring to herself as "Hurrican Tila" as she stretched out on the chaise lounge posing for pictures with her (completely see-through) dress hiked up over her hips.

Tila Tequila also revealed that she went to a sperm bank for in vitro fertilization after the death of her fiance Casey Johnson in January, stating that it had been Johnson's "dying wish" for the couple to have a child.

Howard Stern asked the reality star about claims that she was currently pregnant, but Tequila stated that she had had a miscarriage. Tila Tequila had only "insinuated" a miscarriage in other reports, but now confirmed it directly.
Tila Tequila then asked that Howard Stern drop the subject and moved on to less personal matters, like her first lesbian experience--at age 8.
