Tiger Woods' wife gets paid for her troubles (AP Photo/US Weekly)
Tiger Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren Woods, is getting paid to stand by her man, reports the Sun Times.
Bill Zwecker writes that not only is Elin having a "hefty seven figures" transferred to a bank account that she controls alone ASAP -- but that Tiger Woods' (what's the reverse of cuckolded?) wife also has demanded that her prenup agreement be rewritten.
The couple's current prenup dictated that Elin would get $20 million if they split after 10 years -- but since the Woods have only been married 5 years when the stuff hit the public fan, Mrs. Woods has reportedly requested a change.
"I'm being told that time frame has been shortened," writes the Sun Times columnist, "and the dollar amount increased 'substantially.'"
Exactly how much their prenup agreement will be changed remains to be seen -- as well as whether or not the increased monies and reported marriage counseling sessions will make up for the admitted adultery's turmoil.
More speculation over just how this week's harried events will affect Tiger Woods' endorsement contracts abounds.

Well, at least she's got the smarts to take care of herself, should they not be able to work things out. When you are treated like a king, rather than a man, you start thinking of yourself as a king - above the rules of ordinary people. Perhaps he's been put back in his place now, as a regular human being.
The public needs to leave the Woods family alone. Let them solve their own personal problem. If she want to leave, let her leave, if she stays then she is a strong wielded person, that can look past this and move on to support her husband and family. If the media keeps digging up mud, this will never blow away. We the people need to let this go and the media need to help find ways to help the public find jobs and the economy etc..... Tiger is only human just like the rest of us, he just thought he could get away with it, just ask other sports/celeb, their no different. Just tiger has more fame then the others.
ohhh one other thing, how do we know if she is doing the same thing that her husband had done to her, Most times tiger is gone for a tourney, which is 4 - 6 days, how do you know that she didn't have someone over while his is gone, their both lonely while they are away. 2 can play this game.... I will stand behind them both, Whatever elin and tiger decides, we roll with the punches and go from there. I feel sorry for their 2 children. I am still a fan of tiger woods and supportive of his family and the right to privacy at all cost. I hope tiger learns from this and continue to bring his "A" game of golf. Golfing will get his mind off this situation. He should have learned from the past celeb's and sports figures that had these types of troubles. He knew that he didn't want this in his private life, and now look what happened. Money is not everything and shouldn't take over one's life style!

Why should he behave any differently than a john since all he meets are women who just want his money, and are willing to have sex with him in order to get it. Men and women are both weak when it comes to the marriage relationship. Rare is the perfectly matched couple in every aspect of a marriage. It takes a lot of work and the added attention of public scrutiny and conjecture as we have here is probably not helping matters. People like the distraction. Who knows what personal experiences money cannot buy that Tiger and his wife have lived with perhaps all their lives? Accountability? Yes. Personal discretion? Possibly not as much as some of us would like. When it all dies down, it will be between him and her and the kids anyway. Speaking of kids, a some nine month sequel to this perhaps? Tiger's love child in the making? Let's move on.
I don't know how you feel, and it's not an excuse, but Tiger didn't get to grow up normally. He has been in the spot light basically all his life. He didn't get to date, go out as normal teenages do, so on so forth. Can you imagine growing up as Golf being everything not knowing anything else. You go Woods - who really cares in all fairness... he is prob away from his wife 9 months of the year and, like a lot of us, needed some tender loving care.... he played on a couple of courses he wasnt a member of but you tell me or, for that matter, one high profile marriage that hasnt hit a relatively severe issue in thier marriages... the pressure is immense and, what he should do now, is come clean and admitt his mistake and move on....
