For Tiger Woods, he could do without updates. The chronic stress endured by the golf legend has reached its peak and the golfer is set to sail away to get away.

While rumors have buzzed mentioning Tiger's voluntary entry into rehab to therapy himself out of his alleged sex addictions, People magazine confirmed the golfer and his yacht named "Privacy" have left the dock.

"Tiger's boat Privacy has been docked at Old Port Cove in North Palm Beach for more than a week," a source close to the golfer told PEOPLE. "On Saturday morning, after stocking up on provisions from Costco on Northlake Blvd., the boat left town."

The Daily Mirror reported earlier this week that wife Elin was willing to work through Tiger's self-inflicted trauma if the pro would enter rehab and seek treatment for his addiction - Something sources close to the family say they believe is the cause for his chain of affairs with a known 15 women coast-to-coast.
