Tiger Woods the target for 'South Park' season premiere

Tiger Woods: more embarrassment is on the way.
AP

Tiger Woods will be a hot topic on TV next week. but once again it won't have anything to do with his golfing. Trey Parker and Matt Stone -- the two creators behind Comedy Central's "South Park" -- have decided to make the controversial athlete the focal point of their 14th season premiere Wednesday night.

Stone, who is sarcastically looking out for Tiger's best interests, had this to say to the Associated Press about the upcoming episode:

"It's such an important issue in America right now — the sex addiction outbreak...We're all really concerned about him and hope he gets better."

Specific details concerning the episode are still hard to come by, but that is partially because Parker and Stone still hadn't finished writing it as of Friday. "South Park" runs on a notoriously fast production schedule, which often enables them to poke fun at current headlines in a way that other shows (such as "Family Guy") are unable to do. In the past the show has taken on everything from Scientology to the Presidential election.

Do you plan on watching the "South Park" premiere, and how far do you think they will go to embarrass Tiger Woods? Let me know your thoughts with a comment below and stay tuned for more news.
