Men have body image issues too and mistress Jaimee Grubbs says Tiger Woods' "small calves" was something he definitely was insecure about.

Grubbs' comment leads some to believe the golf legend filled body image voids and insecurities by hooking up with multiple women.

Mistress #2 Jaimee Grubbs, also a reality TV contestant for VH1's Tool Academy said Tiger's calves was one of the many things she realized about the pro golfer in their 31-month affair.

"I said, 'For someone who works out a lot, you sure have small calves!'" Grubbs said to US magazine. "I remember him giving me the biggest death look. He told me he was very insecure about the size of his calves. He said, 'I can't grow calves.' And I was like, 'Okay, sorry!'"

Celebrity trainer and Wilhelmina Models fitness expert Lindsay Messina is quoted by AOL.com's That's Fit as saying Tiger's workout regimen had nothing to do with small calves.

"Genetics play a big role in the development of our entire muscular system and the calves are particularly tricky to grow," says Messina. "But, constancy and training smart is key." Messina recommends jumping rope, standing calf raises and calf pulsing to target the calf areas, but as for Tiger's choices, other experts say it was simply an addiction.

Sex and health expert David Smallwood, an Addictions Manager at London's Priory clinic who has treated celebrities in the past, told News of the World, "He [Tiger Woods] displays a number of the pointers such as seeking highs from outdoor sex and having many mistresses. Adding, "All of the things Woods is alleged to have done point to him having a sex addiction."

In related news, Tiger was recently voted Athlete of the Decade by the Associated Press and PGA Player of the Year 2009 for the 10th time, despite recent affairs surrounding his scandal.
