Steven Hirsch, head of Vivid Entertainment, told a TMZ photographer (video below) that a woman approached him two weeks ago with what she says is a sex video of Tiger Woods. The tape was allegedly made two years ago.
Hirsch says he has seen about 30 seconds of the video but could not confirm that it was Woods.
As TMZ points out, Woods’ lawyers are threatening to sue anyone who tries to publish nude photos or video of Woods. And TMZ notes that in order for anyone to legally distribute the video, Woods would have to sign a release.
Woods has been very careful to not be photographed with any of his alleged mistresses. As previously reported, Woods did not take into account surveillance cameras, as least not in one occasion. The National Enquirer is publishing photographs taken from a security camera that shows Woods embracing a woman in a California parking lot before getting in a car with her. Click here for more.

The British paper, the Daily Mirror, is reporting that Tiger Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, plans to divorce in California to take advantage of the state's generous divorce laws. She has also hired a private detective to figure out how much he is worth. She plans to collect half of what he has earned since they have been together, an amount estimated at $300 million. There are conflicting reports about where Nordegren was over the the New Year's weekend. Nordegren turned 30 on New Year's Day. People Magazine and others reported that she was in the French Alps with her twin sister. But TMZ cites a Florida neighbor who spotted Nordegren walking her dog on Thursday, New Year's Eve. The attorney for David Letterman's accused extortionist is using the Woods scandal to help in his client's defense. The attorney wrote in court papers that if it is legal for Woods' mistress Rachel Uchitel to seek payment for her silence, his client should not be charged for doing the same thing. Tiger Woods voluntarily allowed Florida Highway Patrol troopers to inspect his upper body including his chest, back, hands, and arms, according to an exclusive report on Orlando station WESH-TV, The troopers said there was no signs of domestic violence and that the only visible injury was a "fat lip" that they say was consistent with Woods hitting the steering wheel. I believe that the tabloids bring out and cater to the absolute WORST in humanity. When are we going to say enough? The only people hurt by TW's actions are his wife and 2-children - his FAMILY! NOT us the general PUBLIC! He is a role model to HIS children ONLY not yours or mine. So let's get the f**k out of their life and let this family heal as best they can after all this. TW will always be a father the issue is whether he will continue to be a husband. That's a decision for THEM not US and I for one wish them well whatever they decide.

I think that there is much more out there that has not come out yet. Tiger knows it. That could be the reason why he remains silent and away from the public eye.
