The UK’s News of the World newspaper is reporting that Tiger Woods has reneged on a promise to go into a rehabilitation center for his alleged prescription drug and sex additions. As previously reported, another UK paper, the Daily Mail, is reporting that Woods was going to seek treatment at a rehab center in Arizona.
According to News of the World, a friend of Woods’ wife Elin Nordegren said, "Tiger was supposed to be working on getting better and he hasn't done anything. Instead he just went to stay with a friend in Maryland and says he's 'trying to get better on his own'.
"Elin is livid he hasn't checked into rehab and gotten himself off his drugs. He's acting like a big baby.
"Now she wants 100 per cent divorce, 100 per cent custody of the children and half of everything. And she WON'T be changing her mind."
As previously reported, Nordegren has consulted high-powered celebrity divorce attorney Sorrell Trope.
