Tiger Woods quits Players. What next?

For the second year in a row, Tiger Woods has walked off the course during a round at The Players Championship. Has he turned into a quitter – he shot 42 on the front nine Thursday, then withdrew – or is his knee worse than Woods, his handlers and the PGA Tour would have you believe?

Surely the staff in Ponte Vedra is furiously strategizing for life after Woods, which could come sooner than anyone expected.
