Tiger Woods' mother-in-law says: 'I'm praying for everyone, everything to be OK'

AP

Mother-in-law to Tiger Woods, Barbro Holmberg (mother to Woods' wife, wife Elin Nordegren) in a new interview with Us Magazine, Holmberg comments on the rumors spinning out of control over the weekend. She says: "This is a private family matter. I'm praying for everyone and everything to be OK. Please let's just leave it at that."

She adds: "There is enough for them to handle already. Please can you give everyone space."

Of course Holmberg is discussing the car accident that Tiger Woods was involved in on Friday. News of the car accident broke on Friday. The reports stated that Woods was involved in a car accident where he sustained 'serious injuries', and later these injuries were later dismissed as 'minor.' A new source of interest has been ignited by this story after news of an alleged affair between Woods and Rachel Uchitel was reported. Uchitel is denying the reports calling them, 'completely untrue.'

Great article. It's such a shame that the whole Tiger Woods incident has left so many people hurting. I wonder if it could have been avoided? I wrote an article on how a woman should call it quits long before it ever gets to this point. There must have been signs. Anyone is welcome to read it under SF World Travel Examiner (the article is: "Breaking news, did Tiger Woods traveling lifestyle ruin his marriage?")
