Tiger Woods' mistress demands apology from 'The View'
Tiger Woods Mistress #1 Rachel Uchitel isn't laughing at The View co-host Joy Behar's slam on Thursday morning's The View "Hot Topics" segment. As the co-hosts discussed the latest developments in the Tiger Woods mistress scandal on Thursday morning, Joy Behar said:
"Rachel You-ka-tell??? Yeah,...you can tell she's a HOOKER!"
Joy Behar's unapologetic ridicule of the Tiger Woods mistress provoked an official statement from Rachel Uchitel's lawyer Gloria Allred:
"This statement about Ms. Uchitel is false and defamatory and highly offensive to her...Rachel is very upset by that statement which has been viewed and now read all around the world."
Allred states that Rachel Uchitel has sent a letter to ABC television demanding a retraction of Joy Behar's statement.
The Tiger Woods mistress scandal has dominated the "Hot Topics" segment of The View for a full two weeks, despite the fact that The View moderator Whoopi Goldberg says that the story has her "bored out of my gourd".

Some years ago Pastor Falwell sued Hustler magazine for printing that the pastor "did it" with his mom while drunk in an outhouse. The Supreme court sided with Hustler without dissent (even though the publisher called the judges a##holes. Defamatory comments don't apply as easily to those in the public eye.
Neither Joy nor The View has anything to apologize for; Unchitel is trash; reputation? false and defamatory? Get real, Allred! LMAO
