Tiger Woods joins President Obama for a round of golf (Video)

Tiger Woods and President Obama, the first two black American men to make it to the top of their respective fields, have made headlines by meeting on Sunday for a round of golf together. Today, Feb. 18, 2013, Fox News has reported, Obama plays round of golf with Tiger Woods, media air frustration over access. During his long holiday weekend in Florida, President Obama played golf on Sunday with Tiger Woods.

There were concerns from the media about a lack of access before, during and after the newsworthy outing between these two celebrities. For some reason the White House has prohibited media coverage of Obama's weekend golf outing, which prompted Fox News' Ed Henry, who is the president of the White House Correspondents Association, to issue a statement which said, "a broad cross section of our members from print, radio, online and TV have today expressed extreme frustration to me about having absolutely no access to the President of the United States this entire weekend."

Joyce Chen of US Weekly has also reported on this historic golfing event, Tiger Woods Joins President Obama in Florida For a Round of Golf. The Commander in Chief jetted south to Florida for a quick trip, and spent some time on Sunday enjoying a round of golf with Tiger Woods. The 37-year-old athlete presented the 51-year-old president with a challenge he will never forget. In this historic moment for the sport clearly they each enjoyed themselves. Next time around golf and celebrity fans would really appreciate live TV coverage of an event like this.
