Jessica Simpson is blasting a Star magazine report that is connecting her with Tiger Woods.
The magazine says she flirted with Woods and exchanged contact information. The magazine devoted a cover story to it.
Simpson Twittered Wednesday: "can't believe that I'm on the cover of star magazine with Tiger Woods, what a JOKE! 'The Shocking Inside Story' is (insert drumroll) A LIE!" A Simpson source also says there is no truth to the story.
"No part of this story is true," a source told Us Weekly magazine.
The source said they met briefly at a golf tournament and took a photo together. The singer signed autographs at the event and sang the national anthem.
TMZ.com is reporting that Simpson sent off a “nasty letter” to Star magazine to deny the report.
