Within moments of Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn announcing to the world that they are officially dating, Devon James lashed out to TMZ.com. Devon James, it seems, cannot control herself when it comes to harassing Tiger Woods. She failed at the paternity test ploy, and then claimed to have a sex tape. As always, she timed her announcement to a tournament.
