Here’s the latest breakdown of who gets what in the final Tiger Woods – Elin Nordegren divorce settlement – money, child custody, property, division of marital assets, and more, according to the leaks, this far .
Until the final divorce papers are actually filed in court, there could still be more last minute changes in the terms of Tiger's and Elin's divorce.
Below is what has been reported, thus far.
MONEY

Tiger Woods seems to have serious emotional and character issues that may have been long standing. Tiger admitted that he needed on going rehab to address his issues. I hope that Tiger has remained committed to his rehab for his own sake and the sake of his children. Only time will tell if Tiger is able to conquer his demons. Elin Nordegren loved, respected and trusted Tiger and Tiger committed the ultimate betrayal, deception and humiliation against Elin and his children. A wife does not get over this in a short period of time. I applaud that Elin Nordegren is moving on with her life taking care of herself and her children. Elins’priorities now seems to be her children, and they need her most. I wish them all the best!!!

Carmen..First time I have heard you sound a bit of compasion for Tiger. Everyone makes mistakes and he has paid a steep price for his crazy behavior and I am not talking money.
I find myself just feeling sad by the whole sordid mess. Tiger inflicted so much pain on his family, his friends and himself. I am a deep believer in redemption.
I hope they both find some peace. For the children's sake they need to get through the anger and keep a united front for them. May they both know some joy and comfort again.

The first is money and the other is the children. Anything she could do to satisfy your hatred would only inflict pain and suffering on here children.
Those of you so anxious to see Tiger "redeemed" and so quick to judge Elin as a golddigger should take a breath. Tiger made his bed, and now he has to lie in it. If the man hadn't built his billion-dollar brand around his supposed characteristics of discipline, focus, and moral superiority (including family values) - his fall from grace wouldn't have been quite so spectacular.
Redemption doesn't happen in a year, and it won't be found on a golf course. Like the rest of us regular humans, Tiger will have to rebuild his life and dignity little by little. Petulant, scripted TV apologies don't substitute for the real hard work of being honest with oneself and rebuilding a totally unmoored life.
Peaches, Elin has not said one word throughout this whole ordeal and it would be uncharacteristic of her to start talking about it now. Whatever she would say would affect her children and that is the last thing either Tiger or she would want. I am sure she feels angry and betrayed but for her to let her children see that side of her is not good for her or the children. They are both doing what they can to keep the children their #1 priority.

Sorry to all but I despise the American legal system that parts parents from their children because of divorce settlements.
Children should never be used as pawns. A shared custody, regardless of parental conflict, is always the best.

The fact of the matter is that Elin has not swung one golf club. Well except for the one that she swung at Tiger.
The whole alimony/marriage-settlement idea is a crop of B.S. that in this day and time should be abolished or at a miminum severly revamped since it has allowed alot of people who have done alot of nothing to gain financial wealth in addition to the wealth gained from child support. Tiger's commitment is and should be to his children and not his ex-wife.
Regardless of what has happened between Elin and Tiger their marriage is now over, but they are BOTH responsible for the wellbeing of their children. As it was during the marriage the responsibility needs to be shared by both parents.
Obviously Elin has had her own money to begin with, so any claims of her being a gold-digger may not be exact but it definitely isn't far from the truth. As in Elin's case alimony/marriage-settlements are often used as an attempt to hurt the other party financially as a result of their own feelings having been hurt. This is nothing more than the equivalent of a frivolous lawsuit and the courts should not honor proceedings of this type.
