Tiger Woods divorce: Elin Nordegren to never speak publicly about Wood's infidelity (photos, video)
It looks like the Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren divorce is now official, according to The Sun newspaper in the UK. The newspaper says that Elin Nordegren will be paid at least $750 million which will be a record settlement in a divorce case.
The newspaper says that as part of the agreement, Nordegren will never be allowed to speak publicly about Woods’ infidelity and Woods will not be allowed to bring his girlfriends near the couple’s children, Charlie and Sam.
Divorce papers, according to The Sun, will be signed next week in Orlando, Florida.
A friend of Elin is quoted in The Sun as saying: "The price of the huge sum is her silence: no interviews, tell-all books, or TV appearances about this for the rest of her life - even if Tiger dies first - or she'll lose the lot."
The settlement will give Nordegren full custody of the couple’s 1-year-old son Charlie and 3-year-old daughter Sam.
The final payoff could actually be as high as $833 million, reports The Sun newspaper, once a final settlement is made.
For his part, Tiger Woods will get the couple’s Jupiter, Florida, home, the couple’s properties here in California, and shared legal custody of the couple’s two children, says online aolnews.com
The Sun reports that Nordegren will get the couple’s property in Sweden, their home in Windemere, Florida, and that she will get exclusive physical custody of the couple’s two children.
The Sun also reports that Tiger Woods will get to share decisions about the children’s future and as a result of that Elin will not be allowed to more the kids to her native Sweden.
Woods will be able to see the children for “up to half of each week.”

This divorce settlement amount is fair since it is for a complete package for both, Elin and the children and it went up because Tiger is demanding from Elin a lifetime of silence. Hope the family can put this very public story behind them and move on.
I wish all women that have been cheated on would have the option of leaving there husband w/o considering financial dependability. Most of us stay because of finances. If finances is not an issue, why stay? Good for Elin and good for Sandra Bullock!!!
