Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn appear to have been dating since last November according to what HollywoodLife.com reported on Jan. 23. It appears that Woods has began a hot new romance with Olympic gold medalist Vonn. Tiger is evidently so crazy for her that he took her on a romantic trip to Antigua. Lindsey's friends are a little concerned about her dating a guy who had been caught cheating on his wife with so many other women.
Tiger Woods divorced his wife Elin Nordegren in 2010. Woods, 37, has been seeing Vonn, 28, for roughly two months. Hollywood.com revealed that they met through the ski community, since Tiger is an active skier. A source close to Lindsey disclosed, “Lindsey has been teaching Tiger’s kids Sam and Charlie how to ski.” The couple are both currently busy with their own respective sports careers, however, they are trying to make time for each other and their growing relationship.
A source close to Woods told 'Star Magazine' that,
“Their busy schedules mean they don’t get a lot of time together, but they constantly talk on the phone. And Tiger has made more of a commitment to Lindsey lately — he’s pulling out all the stops.”
Lindsey's friends also mentioned that she was a little cautious of Woods before they began dating and “it took Lindsey a while to trust him because of his past.” It was made public in 2010 that his marriage broke down when his wife found out about the over 20 women Woods had slept with while he was married to her. According to 'Star Magazine', Lindsey's friends are afraid that she is falling in love with one of the biggest cheaters of all time, and they don't think they can do anything about it.
Vonn's publicist, Lewis Kay, issued a statement to 'USA Today' neither validating or rejecting the report.
"Lindsey is currently in the midst of the World Cup season in Europe," the statement read. "Her focus is solely on competing and on defending her titles and thus she will not participate in any speculation surrounding her personal life at this time."
Woods stated that he would not respond to the report about his personal life through his spokesman, Glenn Greenspan.
So are Woods and Vonn dating? Who knows.
