Does anyone remember that Thanksgiving night when Elin Nordegren reportedly chased Tiger Woods around the neighborhood with a golf club for his indiscretions?
According to a Saturday report from YardBarker, the infamous Orlando, Fla., residence where Elin teed off on her cheating husband in 2009 is apparently ready for some new inhabitants.
After some renovations, the Woods' former home, located in Orlando's gated Islewood community, is ready for Bubba and the Watsons to move in.
"It's true," said Woods' fellow PGA Tour player and friend, Bubba Watson. "We closed last summer and we're moving in next Thursday or Friday."
The reigning Masters Tournament champion told reporters that his wife Angie Watson, their adopted son Caleb and her parents are all ready to make the move down from their Scottsdale, Ariz., home.
"I looked at probably 50 houses before I looked at Tiger's," Watson added. "A lot of the houses there are old, and we ended up changing everything. We probably saved five percent of it. We built it all around Caleb. There are like three playrooms."
Of course, he couldn't avoid all the silly questions surrounding that infamous November night in which Woods crashed his SUV running away from his enraged wife.
Nevertheless, the 34-year-old Bagdad, Fla., native did a good job of handling all the negative questions regarding what may or may not have occurred in between those walls.
"We've seen things in the news – our world is crazy and it's nice to have that piece of mind when we take walks or go outside," Watson said. "The golf course is really good, too, for me to practice."
