Tiger Woods: a win against Devon James, no DNA test, case closed

The Devon James ploy to force Tiger Woods into taking a DNA test to prove alleged paternity has failed.  A judge has essentially thrown the case out of court.  There were several reasons which included the fact that she was a no-show in court and she does not even have custody of the child as reported by TMZ and Hollywood Gossip.

The story of Devon James was suspicious from Day One and here is why.

First -- It hit at a time which coincided with the start of the Pebble Beach tournament.

Second --  Devon's mother was calling her own daughter "a pathological liar."

Third -- She followed on the heels of a story I had just reported: Tiger Woods, a love child, and baby momma Theresa Rogers (Really?) Tiger-Woods-a-love-child-and-baby-momma

It seemed that whenever there was a chance for Tiger Woods to rebuild his golf image, he was faced with media headlines. It all started back in November of last year with the news that he might have had a mistress.

Then as mistress after mistress surfaced, his marriage crumbled as did his game.  To read the full month by month account: Tiger-Woods-jinxed-by-mistress-mischief-and-divorce

Perhaps now Tiger Woods can concentrate on his game and not be troubled further my mischievous mistresses.

This has been bogus from the very beginning - she should be made to pay for Tiger's attorney's fees and court costs. Thanks again, Rita, for having a forthright and factual column.

Glad the judge had seen through this charade.
