Tickets go on sale Oct. 18 for Aurora Dance Arts’ performance of The Nutcracker, featuring some of the metro area’s burgeoning young dancers performing a holiday favorite on stage.
The production, which Aurora Dance Arts has performed biennially since 1989, draws talented dancers ages 6 to adult from dance studios across the Denver metro area. Sixty-eight young dancers are featured in this fully produced rendition of the beloved holiday classic. Performances of The Nutcracker will take place at 7 p.m. Dec. 10, and 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Dec. 11 at the Aurora Central High School Auditorium, 11700 E. 11th Ave.
Tickets are $10 for evening and $8 for matinee performances, and may be purchased at Meadowood Recreation Center, 3054 S. Laredo St., in Aurora. A Family Four Pack of tickets is available at a discounted price for both matinee and evening performances. For more information, call 303-326-8308.
