TI David Kelly's murder requires inquest that would highlight Iraq WMD myth and UK-US war crimes

Six doctors say that the Oxford-educated microbiologist, weapons expert, Dr. David Kelly was murdered as a Targeted Individual (TI) and that a new inquest is required, a  move that if successful, would further expose the Tony Blair government's falsifying information in attempt to justify the illegal invasion of Iraq in similar Disinformation modality used in the U.S.

The Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) falsified information was used to sell war in the U.K and the U.S. similar to the September 11, 2001 New York City mass murder months after Cheney's closed door energy meetings were held where Iraq pipelines were discussed and analyzed.

Both Kelly and U.S. weapons inspector, Scott Ritter reported facts that Sadam Hussein posed no threat with WMDs, but both Blair and Bush with ample mainstream media support sold the WMD myth to the public for its support to invade and commit war crimes in Iraq.

David Christopher Kelly, CMG (14 May 1944–17 July 2003) was an employee of the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence (MoD), an expert in biological warfare and a former United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq who met an untimely death as a Targeted Individual soon after exposing facts that the Tony Blair government exaggerated Sadam Hussein's dossier on weapons of mass destruction to attempt justifying the illegal invasion of Iraq.

In 2003, Kelly's discussion with BBC Radio4 Today programme journalist Andrew Gilligan about the British government's dossier on weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in Iraq exposed the major political scandal and he was found dead days after appearing before the Parliamentary committee charged with investigating the scandal.

Dr Kelly was found dead at a beauty spot near his Oxfordshire home after he was eposed as the source of the story that Tony Blair's government 'sexed-up' its dossier on Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction to justify invading Iraq as the U.S. did.

In one final phone conversation, Dr. Kelly told a caller that he would not be surprised 'if my body was found in the woods.'

Many people tried distancing themselves from his death, including the BBC and the Ministry of Defence and Dr Kelly's family were very unhappy with the way he had been treated but have remained silent.

The Hutton Inquiry, a public inquiry into circumstances surrounding his death, ruled that he had committed suicide, and denied that Kelly had said some of the things attributed to him by Gilligan.

The following day, 28 January 2004, the entire front page of The Independent was covered with a single word in giant letters: "WHITEWASH."

Tim Shipman of the U.K.'s MailOnline News reports that six doctors believing Kelly was murdered have now launched ground-breaking legal action to demand reopening the inquest into his death and they are to publish a hard-hitting report in which they claim proves the weapons expert did not commit suicide as the Hutton Report decided.

Tim Shipman reported in the Daily Mail yesterday:

Dr Kelly's death certificate states that he died of a haemorrhage, but the results of a post mortem examination have never been made public.

Crucially, the doctors say that Lord Hutton had no witnesses on oath and did not have to make a finding, as the coroner does, beyond a reasonable doubt.

The doctors tried to persuade the coroner to reopen his inquest in 2004 but were rejected because they were not judged to be 'properly interested persons' with the authority to demand an inquiry.

Now they have hired human rights lawyers Leigh Day & Co to challenge the use of the Coroners Act to close the inquest.

A source close to the doctors said: 'Lord Falconer is on record saying this is a "useful little law" but it was set up to avoid multiple inquests in cases where there were multiple deaths.

It has been used for victims of train crashes and the Harold Shipman case but Dr Kelly's was not a multiple death.

'We argue that that's an abuse of due process. The lawyers have sent the letters this week.

We have concentrated on the finding on the death certificate that the primary cause of death was a haemorrage. We are spelling out why he could not have died from a cut to the small ulnar artery.'

One of the doctors, who preferred not to be named, added: 'When the Romans committed suicide they would slit all four arteries in a warm bath, which keeps the blood flowing. The arteries would close up in the open air and you would not lose that much blood.'

A book on the unanswered questions surrounding the case by Liberal Democrat MP Norman Baker concluded that Dr Kelly may have been murdered by Iraqi exiles – but the finger has also been pointed at MI5 and the CIA. As thousands of other Targeted Individuals reportedly become after realizing they are on a government hit list, Dr. Kelly had become "distracted... dejected... desperate..." according to his wife, Janice Kelly who also said she "just thought he had a broken heart. He had shrunk into himself." (BBC News, Profile: David Kelly, 27 January, 2004)

What is interesting about the sponsors of this nightmare perpetrated against thousands if not millions of Targeted Individuals (TI's) worldwide is the insidious sadism that they are downloading into the general population.
