The Boathouse in Forest Park offers a three-course dinner, featuring heaps of peel-and-eat boiled shrimp, for $19.95 per person on Thursdays through April 25th.
If weather permits, there will be live entertainment on the spacious outdoor deck overlooking the lake. If you arrive before sundown, you can rent a kayak or paddleboat for $15 an hour and tool around the lake for a bit before dinner. What a perfect date night on a warm March evening!
Dinner is served from 5pm to 9pm. Beers are $2 and bottles of wine are $20 during the Shrimp Boil. This is a very popular event; reservations are recommended. Call 314-367-2224 for reservations.
