Visitors also were reminded that the CFA World Championship Cat Show, one of the biggest shows in the cat fancy, will be held this year in metro Detroit. The venue is the Suburban Collection Showcase in Novi. The dates are the weekend of Nov. 24-25. Show hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Show management indicates that there may be as many as 1000 cats entered. In addition, the show will feature a feline agility ring, where any cat of whatever breed can compete. Watch this space for more information on the upcoming show.
