Wow! Just Wow! I haven't been this mad in a long time. I was outraged watching the video below. Warning, it contains language and graphic content.
It appears that the Columbia, MO police thug's SWAT team broke into a family's house. Once inside they start firing their weapons. They killed one of the family pets, a Pit Bull, and injured another, a Corgi (?!). This was done in front of a 7 year old boy and the man's wife. All of this over a pipe and a small amount of marijuana. The thugs in uniform break into a home, shoot pets, cause chaos, and then have the nerve to charge the family with child endangerment! Are you kidding me!!!!! I would say bullets flying around the house endangered the child to a FAR greater extent than a small amount of pot.
Radley Balko discusses this on his website, the Agitator. He is in communication with the woman who was present in the house when this happened, and will publish her account in the future. The sad thing, as Radley points out, is that this is not an isolated incident. it happens up to 40,000 times a year. This is another good reason to end the war on drugs. What kind of country do we live in where police are 'justified' in performing these atrocities just because someone ingests a substance into their body that the state doesn't like. It is an outrage and an affront to liberty.
They raid took place at the end of February, but the video has just now surfaced. Watch and be outraged!

I truly feel sorry for this family AND the dogs. The cop should occupy Vick's jail cell.
I am turning in my citizenship. This country is without God, without heart, and without leadership of its own people. It is now a slave camp, a destroyer of families, a destroyer of person, and a destroyer of peace. It is an abomination.
I saw this the other day, it's disgusting that this happened. It brought me to tears.

If we don't restore America to it's Constitutional foundation, it will get worse, and eventually there would be no place in America to hide. Support Constitutional Conservatives in your area and encourage your friends and family to do so. We are being governed from the top down instaed of from the bottom up as it should be. "Gestapo-style" police are empowered from the top. We are not helpless and not without recourse. Any "Tea Party" affiliated organization can help you with information. Get involved, or give up.

Un F---ing believable !!! They start shooting within SECONDS of going through the door !! I am a conservative and believe strongly in the rule of law but this is out of F***ing control.

Those are NOT police officers as I understand them, every single one of them is a PIG. We really are becoming a police state. I don't and have NEVER used drugs. But if this happened in my house I would be dead because I wouldn't let them rough up my family and pets are family too.

This is OUTRAGEOUS! It truly made me sick to my stomach. Im not just standing idle on this one like on many issues i read about online. I live in Canada, i hope to God we never become a police state like the u.s and u.k. I have unlimited long distance calls to the u.s and i plan on getting someone from that police department on the phone i want answers. I mean, what do you expect dogs to bark and freak out when some people are busting down the door and shouting! What kind of training do these 'officers' get?? Seriously think about it, it has to be in their training to bust in, shoot anything that might possibly be a threat, THEN ask questions...
