New Rasmussen Poll Show New Yorkers Want A Fresh Start

69% of those polled by Rasmussen said that come November, New York State would be a much better place is those currently in the state legislature found a new line of work. 12% were of the opinion that the incumbents deserved another term.

When discussing their own legislator's, only 22% felt that they deserve to be re-elected, while 49% said that they do not. Looking at the states budgetary problems, 56% of the voters asked said that it is the fault of the legislature, while 28% blame it on the economy and 9% are not sure.

The negatives have slipped since the last survey was conducted.
