Fright Feast is an add-on option to your HowlOScream ticket. You get a hearty buffet meal (the pumpkin cheesecake is not to be missed) and see the Fiends show. I consider it a must-do for three important reasons:
1) You don't kill any time eating or seeing the show. If you just go to the park and haven't had your dinner yet, you'll kill valuable time if you eat during the event. The same is true if you take time during the evening to see the Fiends show. With Fright Feast, you arrive early and enjoy a sumptuous meal before the haunted houses open while enjoying the hilarious performance. Then you're all ready to tackle the fun, which leads to the next reason that this is a must-do...
2) You get early access to the haunted houses. The houses don't officially open until 7:30 p.m., but when you do Fright Feast, you get to go in at 7. That means short lines and a jump start on the night.
3) You get express access until 8:30 p.m. Your advantage doesn't stop once the houses open to the public. You can continue to use the express line for all the haunted houses until 8:30 p.m. With this advantage, combined with early access, you can get almost everything done before the lines really start to grow. Once the house waits are long, kick back and enjoy the scare zones.
Of course, you can always buy a Front Line Fear pass to get you through the lines quickly, but those passes are more expensive than Fright Feast and don't include a meal. They do let you see the event at your own pace vs. getting as much done early as possible, so they might work better for your style. However, I'm a big Fright Feast fan, and I promise you won't go wrong if you opt for this upgrade.
