Time flies when you're having fun. Commuting usually isn't fun. Therefore, we could all use a little help in making our commute a little less painful. Here are three podcasts to speed up your commute, increase your knowledge, and make you laugh.
Steve Pavlina's Personal Development for Smart People
While I don't believe in all of the spiritual/mystical stuff, Steve has some amazingly helpful audio regarding personal growth. My favorite is the "Kick-Start Your Own Business" episode.
From office humor and eating tips to Web reviews and workhacks, the Working Podcast offers some great advice and helpful information to anyone in a cubicle. Job seekers, managers, and HR professionals should listen to every episode.
Many of us could greatly benefit from a little more politeness, but what do you do when you run into a problem that you've never encountered? Peter Post and the Boston Globe have an excellent resource for those questions, and although the site is no longer updated, the older material is still available.
I'm always looking for new ways to utilize my 60+ minute commute. Do you have a favorite podcast to suggest?

Comments
There are some great podcasts on NPR - you can choose one matching your interests. Since I'm a "foodie" and "cookie" Splendid Table is my choice - they also provide some curious info that can become a conversation topic.
Oh, do you listen to audio books too? Would be nice to have a post about career-related books on CDs.
@Yulia Thanks for the suggestion. I'll check out the NPR selections. I'm a bit of a foodie, too. :-) I love audio stuff, but I have never listened to an actual audio book. I'll have to do some digging. Thanks for the comment!
