Three great acts at Southgate House tonight

If you are a fan noise pop and electro rock music, then tonight is your night at Southgate House. The doors will be open at 8:30 pm with a 9:30 pm start time for the first act. Tickets are a mere $13 at the door.

The Big Pink continue the second half of their North American tour this spring with a stop off in Newport, KY tonight. The London noise pop duo have come a long way since opening for TV on the Radio in 2008. They have started a non-stop headlining tour (Europe, Japan, United States, and Australia) since the release of their 2009 album A Brief History of Love. Below you can check out their video for the single, "Dominos". You can preview and buy The Big Pink's music here.

A Place to Bury Strangers (APTBS) is a fantastic noise rock band from New York City formed in 2003. They continue to tour in promotion of their sophomore album Exploding Head released in October 2009. Their songs full of the shoegazing stylings will be well received by any fans of My Bloody Valentine. You can preview and buy APTBS's music here

Eat Sugar is playing their first local show since returning from SXSW. The band has become regulars at Southgate House and never give a disappointing live show.
