The foundation of The Three Giant Leaps model is to shift from an old leadership paradigm to new leadership thought:
Old: Leaders/authority figures/artists/innovators are the visionaries.
New: I am the visionary for my work and life. I am the leader, authority, artist and innovator of my soul work.
In each section we explored one principle from our 12 - part methodology, and provided a few exercises for you that will help you implement this new school of thought into your day-to-day work practices. The result of this process is creating a more authentic, hopeful and productive YOU.

This last practice, Do Remarkable Work is applicable to any work you choose to do whether it is soul work or not. While you take actions to find and follow more ideal work it is important that you do your best in any work you are currently completing so that you can maintain relationships and yoour self respect.
