Three easy and delicious ways to improve memory

Improving memory function is simple and delicious by following these simple steps to add more memory boosting nutrients to your diet and to improve overall brain functioning and brain cell regeneration as well.
1.Eat more spinach. Adding spinach to your diet is a quick and easy way to not just improve
memory, but to also improve motor function skills as well. Spinach is a rich source of folic acid
which is a nutrient that actually helps protect your brain from the harmful effects of stress. Aim
to add 1 cup of spinach to your diet each day. It can be added to salads, sandwiches, or eaten as
a delicious snack with onion dip.
2.Eat more berries. Eating berries on a daily basis is a delicious way to improve cognition,
memory, and reverse age related memory loss. How does this occur? It is because berries are
rich in flavonoids that actually help the brain regenerate cells. Aim to add one half cup of berries
to your diet each day. They are delicious in smoothies, as topping on yogurt or fat free ice cream,
or you can create your own trail mix of dried berries, almond slices, carob chips, and coconut.
3.Eat more cauliflower. Cauliflower is rich in the nutrient citicoline, and adding more
cauliflower to your diet improves the communication between brain cells and enhances mental
focus on tasks or details. Aim to add a half cup of cauliflower to your diet each day. It can be added to fresh salads, enjoyed as a snack sprinkled with lemon juice or dipped in ranch dressing, or liquified in a blender and used as a delicious cream of cauliflower soup base.                                                                       .
