Three cheese stuffed shells

Jumbo pasta shells
1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
12 basil leaves, shredded
1 egg
1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Preheat your oven to 350º. Cook the jumbo shells according to the package. In a bowl, combine the cheeses (put aside about ½ cup of the mozzarella for later), egg, salt and pepper, and basil. Pour ¾ cup of the sauce evenly across the bottom of a greased 13x9 dish. Fill the shells with the cheese mixture and place into the dish. Top with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle the remaining cheese over. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes. Enjoy!
